How to Login to Your Account

To login to your MyBTC.ca account, type MyBTC.ca/login into your browser or click SIGNUP in the top right hand corner of the homepage.

Once you’re on the Login page, enter your Canadian cell phone number that’s registered to a major carrier. Please note, VOIP numbers are not accepted. Then click the green “Text Me” button to have your SMS text code sent to your cell phone or device so you can login.

After you receive the text message with your code, type or copy and paste it into the “SMS PIN” field. Once you’ve input the text code into the “SMS PIN” field, click the red “Proceed” button to login.

Remember! Similar to a password, it’s very important to never share your SMS text code with anyone else. If someone you met online is instructing you to give them your code, don’t! ... you could be the victim of a scam or used as a money mule.

If you previously enabled an added layer of security on your account with Google 2FA, also known as Two Factor Authentication, enter the code from your authenticator app to access your MyBTC.ca account.

You will then be sent an email containing a unique numerical code. If you didn't receive a notification, please check your junk/spam folder before contacting support. Enter the code you were emailed into the “Email PIN” field and click the red “Submit” button to be taken directly to the funding page where you can select from numerous payment methods and benefit from the fastest way to buy bitcoin in Canada.
