Cryptocurrency Order Limits and Fees

For lightning fast buy order transactions and confirmation times, we always send your Bitcoin and/or Ether to its network with an attractive miner's fee. Fees may increase or decrease depending on congestion of the underlying blockchain network and associated miner's fees to broadcast transactions. If your purchase is greater than $500.00, the minimum order fee is waived and you will still benefit from fast confirmation times.

For orders where you are selling Bitcoin (BTC), your order will execute and convert to Canadian Dollars (CAD) when 2 confirmations have been reached. When selling Ether (ETH), it will execute and convert to Canadian Dollars (CAD) when 12 confirmations have been reached.
